The villa sleeps groups of up to six people and is perfectly placed to explore the swimming beaches, tropical countryside and vibrant culture of Sri Lanka’s South Coast.
We’re lucky enough to have the beautiful Dalawella Beach just moments away from the villa. Uniquely protected by reef, Dalawella Beach provides a sheltered lagoon that is perfect for families and friends wishing to swim and enjoy sunsets over the Indian Ocean.
Resident Sea Turtles can often be found gliding through the lagoon - an amazing experience for both kids and adults alike! The beach features a number of cafes and restaurants overlooking the water - perfect for enjoying food and cocktails in picture perfect surroundings.
Other beaches such as Unawatuna, Kabalana and Harbaraduwa are just a short Tuk Tuk ride away which can be easily organised by our on-site villa staff.

Villa Overview
Our 3 bedroom villa on Sri Lanka’s beautiful South Coast offers an ideal retreat for up to 6 guests, designed to deliver an authentic Sri Lankan experience. Just moments away from the picturesque Dalawella Beach, the villa offers an intimate tropical garden, private pool and wraparound veranda. The properties’ spacious design is ideal for families or groups of friends, as it’s rented to a single group rather than individual rooms, ensuring total privacy.

The villa features three air conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a queen sized bed. Two of the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a bathroom just next door. Each room is thoughtfully designed with understated luxury in mind, featuring elegant décor and modern comforts to ensure a restful stay and provide the perfect retreat after a day exploring Sri Lanka’s South Coast!

Our small pool runs alongside the veranda and is the perfect spot to unwind and cool off. Surrounded by lush tropical garden, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip whilst watching monkeys and bird life in the trees.

Our wraparound veranda overlooks the garden and pool, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings. It features a cosy dining area where breakfast will be served as well as optional dinners. A comfortable seating area invites you to unwind, and our beautiful hanging bed provides an idyllic spot to relax with friends. For added atmosphere, the veranda is equipped with bluetooth sound system to set the mood with your favourite music.

Breakfast is included with your stay and served by our staff member on the veranda overlooking the garden. Both Sri Lankan and western options are available and freshly prepared on-site.

Should you wish to relax and have dinner at the villa, our staff member will happily cook traditional Sri Lankan dishes for you to enjoy. This is a small additional charge and all proceeds go directly to our staff member.

Our friendly staff member is available to prepare and serve breakfast, tidy the villa during your stay and organise any transport you might need or activities to enjoy. They have their own separate section of the villa, so guests have privacy during their stay.

Should you wish to prepare your own lunch and dinner during your stay, we have a guest kitchen available with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, water filter and all utensils provided.

Located in the beautiful coastal area of Talpe, our villa is just steps away from Dalawella Beach, with the busier towns of Unawatuna, Galle & Ahangama just a short Tuk Tuk drive away. Exploring the South Coast during your stay is easy, with our on-site staff organising Tuk-Tuks to the door. Private cars and vans can also be easily organised for day trips and excursions.
The area of Talpe is nestled in the heart of Sri Lanka’s tropical South Coast and is about 2.5 hours from the airport and capital of Colombo. Airport transfers will happily be arranged by our team to make your arrival in
Sri Lanka seamless and hassle free.
